From Bal EA8BVP, SKCC #645T

I operated QRP 20m only using a vintage FT-902DM and inv L antenna. Keys: Kent SP-1 as a cootie key and a Czech mil straight key.

Thanks everybody for copying my QRP sigs. Only USA stns, hope to work EU next time.

Looking forward to next WES, SKSE and K3Y!! Geez!

From John G0RDO, SKCC #2133T

Good fun on this SKS-E event. I certainly won't forget a 40m QSO with John / VK4TJ. That is my

first ever QSO with Australia on 40m, and with 100watts to a 20ft tall H/brew vertical !

Four stations worked in total - Pa2PCH / Ad, and VK4TJ / John on 40m. GM3ZDH / Bob, and F5DE / Bernard on 80m.

From Bob GM3ZDH, SKCC #6027T

Bands not great at this end - typical winter conditions I guess.

From Bernard F5DE, SKCC #6247T

What a nice surprise to be called by VK4TJ after my first CQ in the last SKS-E for 2014 ! In addition, tks to GM3ZDH (2 bands), SP3VZY, WB2UWU, G0RDO, WK2S, K1LEE, NC1M (2 bands), N8KR and N4OW. 73 es see you all soon !

From BOB KG6MC, SKCC #11229T

Relatively poor band conditions in South Carolina. Only heard 2 EU Stations and 1 South Africa. Had a lot of non SKCC stations returning CQ SKS calls. Don't mind working them, but it really slows down the action in a 2 hour event. Also noticed several stations not respecting the QRS speed for that portion of the event. KG6MC

From Rick WU1V, SKCC #9293T

Because of my job schedule, as usual I missed the first hour. Band conditions were very QSB but in the last hour of the sprint I managed 7 contacts, all on 20 meters. No EU stations heard, only worked US stations east of the Mississippi but did hear John ZS6JBJ at about 449 in South Africa (he didn't hear me). Had fun. 72/73 all, Rick

From Andy VE7LAJ, SKCC #6611T

Conditions weren't the best at my QTH. Didn't hear a single European stn, but had fun regardless. Thanks to the organizers who make these events possible.

From Joe KD2JC, SKCC #710S

Started late. No DX for me. Thanks and 73.

From Eldon W0SZV, SKCC #4999S

had forgotten about the SKS-E again. turned on the rig and found it was over half finished. Did manage to get 4 contacts. Ten Tec Jupiter at 100 watts to HY-GAIN ground mounted vertical with no radials, Vibroplex double key with paddles wired as a COOTIE. Had a good time

From Lee K1LEE, SKCC #7246T

First SKSE I've worked in quite a while. Got five contacts outside the US - great to do some DX on 20! 40 was very noisy, but CW gets thru - usually. Looking forward to the next one.

Vy 73 for the holidays, Lee K1LEE

From Dale K3SEN, SKCC #11463C

Only had time to work the first 15 minute QRS and the first 15 minutes of the SKSE. Had fun and thanks for the QSOs. Merry Christmas to all.

From art WK2S, SKCC #9434S

Only EU was Bernard F5DE, conditions not the best, but it is always fun.

From Keith WD8AFB, SKCC #7196T

Just didnt have time to play this month. :-)

From Don KF7DS, SKCC #8281T

20m was quiet and in really good shape from the Pacific NW - could not believe all of the FL/NC/GA stations coming in at 579+. Played on 20m the entire hour and a half I was on the air.

Looking forward to K3Y. CU then. Happy Holidays! 73 Don KF7DS
