From BOB AA6AC, SKCC #6276T

Conditions POOR. 15m nil 20m only herd AD0AB (KS)he called

K1EDG. DID some CQ on 15 and 20m with NO joy. AA6AC Bob

SOCAL 6276T. (SWL)by default.

From Bernd DL6IAN, SKCC #12708

This was my first CW contest ever. Wked ZS6JBJ between, lost contest time but won a new skcc friend. 73 Bernd

From Marco IW1BCO, SKCC #8669

Back into SKSE after a few months of stop. Always a pleasure find the "old" cw-friends active on the SKCC frequencies.

From Charlie N0CVW, SKCC #9074

20 meters was pretty dead in the midwest.

From Tony G3ZRJ, SKCC #3492

20M not good until 2000Z Nothing on 40M or 80M

From John G0RDO, SKCC #2133T

Seven contacts and every one a gem ! Conditions were difficult but that's what makes it fun for me.

I heard Tony / G3ZRJ on 80m and 20m but didn't work him - he was busy working DX SKCC'ers.

( I am about 30 miles south of Tony).

I dusted off a grand straight key to use tonight - an "ITT MARINE KEY" - what a beauty !

Thank you to F5DE, KG6MC, CR7AJL, N8KR, AC2C, WK2S, N9ZXL.

From Alex PA1FOX, SKCC #8265T

Due to family commitments I only took part in the last hour. Condx were not very good, but still made some nice contacts. Thanx all!

73,

Alex

From Eldon W0SZV, SKCC #4999S

not a good day, managed 2 qso's on 20m after being stepped on a bunch by people not hearing me in qso. hope WES is a lot better

From Jim AD0AB, SKCC #9667T

That was a tough one! Thanks for the QSOs and putting up with my extra dots. I'm still trying to learn to use a bug. Jim

From Rick WU1V, SKCC #9293T

Only made the last hour as usual since I work afternoons here in eastern US. All S&P as no one responded to my CQ, and all contacts on 20M. Band went dead here for the last 15 minutes of QRS. Propagation to Europe wasn't great, but I did manage two QSOs to France. CR7AJL sounded great but didn't hear me well enough for a QSO. Tried many times to answer AD0AB's strong CQs but he didn't hear me. A path opened up at last for F5DE to pull out my QRP sigs with RST 329 difficulty but we managed a QSO nonetheless despite QSB, thanks Bernard! Pascal F5BSX anointed me with a 459 RST which was quite good. Using my Yaesu FT-450D at 5 watts with Nye Viking Speed-X straight key. Had fun as usual. Thanks for all who put up with my QRP sigs.

From Art WK2S, SKCC #9434S

Conditions a bit rough but fun as always. Thanks to all.

From Jose VE3DTI, SKCC #7020T

I was was operating /QRP/P from Brewer Park (FN25dj) - I had forgotten about the SKSE - when I heard Tony W4FOA calling CQ SKSE in 20m. I quickly switch from the KX3 paddle to the PPK straight key and was able to complete the QSO. The rig was the KX3 at 5W and the antenna was the Alexloop PY1AHD antenna. Thank you, Tony, 73.

From Rick K0KEX, SKCC #5220S

With the 1000MPW in mind I tuned the antenna system, confirmed the output power was

3.75 watts and got ready for some fun. I could hear the DX stations but the band conditions

were not good enough for a DX contact. Thanks to all for the Q's I did make including a new

member N7IF Steve in Utah...always fun to make CW contacts...72/ Rick

From Ken N8KR, SKCC #7559S

20 was the only band open to Europe and signal were very weak. G0RDO was the loudest to OH with G3ZRJ a close second. Always fun but even more when conditions are better.

From Bernard F5DE, SKCC #6247T

GM3ZDH and YU7AE/qrp on 3 bands, PA1FOX on 2 bands,

other stations : G0RDO, IW1BCO/qrp, W4FOA, N8KR, AC2C, OH5FNI, W2NRA, WK2S, K1EDG, K4DJ, DL6IAN, W4KRN, WU1V.

Mni tks to all for another pleasant event, in spite of a poor propagation.

By chance, here no QRM or QRN at all, a good things for my ears, hi !

Rig here : 60 watts into a GP antenna + Lionel J36 and Vibroplex Original bugs + NATO pump key for QRS activity.

See you all soon and 73 de France.

From Kare YU7AE, SKCC #5790T

Nice activity, poor propagations, running with IC-761 5W output, Vibroplex Presentation bug and for QRS using RFT MT-50 (ex. east Germany Junker key clone - my new key in collection - Friedrichshafen Ham Radio 2014 souvenir), best DX was N8KR but unfortunately for 156 miles short for 1000 MPW award :-( Thanks for all for the nice QSOs

From Joe KD2JC, SKCC #710S

Conditions poor and no contacts from across the pond. Still fun. Hope conditions pick up this Winter. Thanks to all and 73

From Karen W4KRN, SKCC #4495S

Only able to hear stations on 20m and conditions fair to poor. Good thing I have an A4S yagi or probably wouldn't have heard any DX. Was able to work GM3ZDH and F5BSX first time. Thanks everyone. Hope to cu next month. 73 88

Other stations worked - AD0AB, WB0PYF, G3ZRJ, F5DE

From Peter DL3PB, SKCC #12726

My first SKSE - glad Art/WK2S and Helder/CR7AJL copied my QRP-signal(2W/vertical)- I could have done better, but condx were moderate on 20m band and I had to take a one hour break in the midth of the sprint...see you next time!

From BOB KG6MC, SKCC #11229T

First SKS-E that I have worked. Only 4 European stations worked, but hopefully the band conditions will be better next month.
