From Bob GM3ZDH, SKCC #6027T

Short SKSE for me this time, just caught the tail end after work. Short but, as ever, enjoyable.

From Dave W3NP, SKCC #3182S

I thought condx were pretty much on the poor side with some very deep and rapid QSB and with generally weaker sigs than last month. Bert F6HKA was 599 +15 at times but he was the only really strong station heard. I did pick up a few new nr's.

Most of my contacts were on 20 but did work some on 10 & 15.

Rig was the Omni 7 and antenna was the KLM-34A @ 50'/ 15m. I used a Vibroplex bug as well as my German Junker straight key. 73 de West Virginia USA

From BOB AA6AC, SKCC #6276T

Hunted 10 15 20m. Found F6HKA on 20m. Balance on 10m. Did

hear wanted state SC but no joy on calling him. Had to QRT

at 2130Z Dr. Appt. TNX to all. QSL's follow. AA6AC #6276T

Bob CA. Hope to hear more in WES 9/10 NOV 2013.

From Lee K1LEE, SKCC #7246T

20 was the only band open in my section of CT. Worked west coast with ease but not much this side of the country. And the only foreign ops coming back weren't SKCC. Looking forward to WES this weekend! 73 to all, Lee K1LEE

From Rick WU1V, SKCC #9293T

Just worked the last 25 minutes due to work schedule and a late medical appointment (nothing serious). No contact with Europe this time, but my 5 watts reached coast to coast here in the US (RST report of 559 from Dave K6RC in CA). Looking forward to the WES this weekend. Using my Yaesu FT-450D and a multiband sloping trap dipole.

From Julio NP3CW, SKCC #2632T

Spent one hour QRT due to a thunder storm and heavy rain.

Able to contact 9A2VJ Vel and F5DE Bernard from Europe.

Thanks to K1EDG Ed and W3NP Dave for 10 and 20 band

contacts. A lot of activity seen on this event.

See you next time. GL.

From Art WK2S, SKCC #9434T

Good conditions on 20m, 10m also good but not many takers. 40m noisy. Fun sprint as always.

From Jose VE3DTI, SKCC #7020

Fun as always. FRA in 20 (TU Bert!), CA in 15 and 20 (TU Dave!), MA in 40 (TU Mark!) and MI in 20 (TU Tim!), all in a span of one hour with 5W and a long wire. I was hoping for some QSOs in 10m given recent openings during the CQ WW SSB and the ARRL SS CW, but am happy nonetheless. The Straight Key was the Sheunemann. 73 to all. Jose VE3DTI/VA3PCJ.

From Jerry KZ5OM, SKCC #10415

Poor conditions

From Joe KD2JC, SKCC #710T

Nice event. 10 meters was good toward the end. A nice surprise, KH6G, Kala, on 10 meters. 73

From Bernard F5DE, SKCC #6247T

OH7UG, YU7AE, PA1FOX, GM3ZDH : 3.5 & 7 MHz,

2E0JCY : 7 MHz,

IW1BCO/QRP : 3.5 MHz,

W3NP, WK2S, K1EDG, KO1U, NP3CW : 14 MHz,

all of you guys made another nice SKS-E event for me !

73 to all and see you soon !

Bernard.

From JOHN K5ENA, SKCC #3045T

First SKS-E I have worked. Enjoyed it. Just wish the path with Europe had been better.

From Dave K6RC, SKCC #7397T

Had a good time for the 1st time. Thanks to all best 73

Dave

PS worked two "S" no place above to calculate my Sprint Score had it at 527.

From TIM WS8K, SKCC #9953T

That was a blast! I took the 'S' guys as '10', I assume.

From Alex PA1FOX, SKCC #8265T

Conditions were poor and noise level was high. Still managed to work my first Senator and I had a nice long QSO with Ralf, DO1RP, both new numbers for me

Had lots of fun, thanks guys!

73,

Alex
