From Alex PA1FOX, SKCC #8265C

I started a bit late. There was a lot of thunderstorm QRN on 80m, but still managed to do some QSO's there. Only DX was Pablo KP4SJ.

Tnx all for a great SKSE. Gabor you did a UFB job, well done!

From Eldon W0SZV, SKCC #4999T

WOW, This is tough in the midwest at 2pm local. very few members heard anywhere. Was fun and ended up with a nice rag chew with kc9snc (DON) at the end. nice to bhe home for the skse again.

From Gabor S57WJ, SKCC #7979T

Multiband QSO's:

4 banders: F5DE, M0TRN, PA2PCH

3 banders: HA8KW, PA1FOX, 4X1WQ

2 banders: YU7AE, DL9YCS, WB8YXF

Due the bad CONDX there was enough time to move with participants from band to band.

73! Gabor

From Thomas M0TRN, SKCC #7344T

What an interesting SKSE!

Band conditions were quite bad, and I didn't get much DX, only Pablo KP4SJ on 15m, and Avi 4X1WQ on two bands (if he really counts as DX from here). After many M-class solar flares in the last 24 hours, the propagation was suffering but in the long term we benefit from this activity so not complaining here.

On the other hand all of the lower bands had unexpected surprises. I was able to work Gabor on 4 bands - 15m, 20m, 40m, and 80m - for a nice bonus, also worked Bernard F5DE on the same 4 bands and several other friends on more than one band. It's the first time I've seen all the bands from 15m down to 80m open to Europe at the same time! I tried with Gabor on 10m but no luck.

Thanks to all for a fun sprint and see you next month!

From Rick WU1V, SKCC #9293

I enjoyed the sprint but only heard/worked S57WJ on 20M, no other European stations. The 20M band went dead after 1 hour 25 min here in Massachusetts.

From Feco HA8KW, SKCC #3447T

Sri I got home from work 35 minutes after the start but enjoyed the activity! Managed to make 24 QSOs. TNX for contacts especially WL7WH!

73, see u next time!

Feco, HAKW

From Jon K1NV, SKCC #2609T

Disturbed conditions made the going difficult again. I found S57WJ on 15 meters early in the Sprint but no other European stations were heard on any band. W5ZR, Bert, had a big signal from LA, but it was a one-way proposition until his beam came around to the west. I heard WU1V on 20M during most of the sprint, but couldn't get his attention. At least WA6RIC and I had a good exchange on both 20M and 15M. Non-member W6JL, a CW mainstay on 40M and 20M, helped me out with an additional QSO and short rag chew from his homebrew 175 watt rig. Thanks, Don! WL7WD provided an another DX entity this time and I heard WL7CDC on 15M but couldn't connect.

From Rick WB8YXF, SKCC #8053T

Thanks, 1st SKSE, had fun..... 73 to all.

From Bob WL7WH, SKCC #2940T

Was sort of good condx for about an hour today. Was great fun as always. Look forward to the next one. Still working on getting my tower back up and then getting new beam..Bob

From Ad Wouterson PA2PCH, SKCC #5217

bad conditions for DX. Only at the end managed to work Bert W5ZR.

From Bernard F5DE, SKCC #6247T

Nice to get Bonus Station S57WJ on four bands (80 m to 15 m), also M0TRN on same four bands,

PA2PCH was contacted on three bands,

HA8KW, PA1FOX, GM3ZDH, YU7AE/QRP on two bands.

4X1WQ, DL9YCS, DL4FDM (a new number for me) and KP4SJ (my DX) on one band.

A real pleasure to seek for SKSE stations but my Internet connection failed every time I was operating 80 m or 40 m so not possible to have or send infos on the usefull K3UK page.

Unfortunately not heard any station from USA, however that was a pleasure to be there and thank you everybody for contacts.

I hope to meet some of you during the next WES event !

73 QRO from France,

Bernard, F5DE, SKCC#6247T.

From Joerg DL9YCS, SKCC #7150T

Tnx Gabor for doing the Bonus station !!

From Dennis W8VN, SKCC #3141T

Couldn't hear anyone outside of USA/Canada

From Jean ON4KJM, SKCC #9369

Had a hard time with the propagation but it was fun to listen to the other QSO. I like the spirit of the sprint, I plan to participate the August edition.

My station is a FT817 (5w) and ant is 30m/20m dipole made of 450 ohm twin lead at a +/- 3m (10') hight fed with RG58 coax. Key used is a czech morse key.

From Larry W9CC, SKCC #469T

Conditions were not smashing here. I did hear F5DE, Bernard, but he didn't hear me. Next time OM. 73!

From Kare YU7AE, SKCC #5790T

Bad propagations but good activity, thanks Pablo KP2SJ for new DXCC with QRP, using TS-950sd 5w out, 2 el.Quad on 20m, ZS6BKW doublet on 40m and Inv.V on 80m, key is Vibroplex Presentation bug. 73 and cuagn in next activity.

From Fritz DL4FDM, SKCC #4332
