From Thomas M0TRN, SKCC #7344T

Nice sprint! Conditions were a bit noisy but propagation on 20m was reasonably good. I stayed on 20m for most of the sprint, switching to 40m for the last 20 minutes or so, maybe I should have done it a bit sooner since there were a couple of people there that I didn't have time to work before the timer ran out.. Worked several SKCC'ers I haven't met before, both EU and Stateside.

Key was my beautiful PS213 clone by G0NVT, with spring loaded contact (pictured).

Sorry, due to heavy thunderstorm I could switch on in the last 10 minutes only and worked Alex PA1FOX as only one of you. After our QSO I tried to contact Thomas M0TRN but it was not me who could break his pile up, HI! So there was no time for another calling...

See you next time! 73, Feco HA8KW #3447T

From abel KE1AF, SKCC #6936T

hello this been my first time working skse ,to bad the bands was kinda crapy i could did better on the scores, well better luck next time but i had fun 73

From Wes W1LIC, SKCC #1142T

I only had a few minutes and conditions weren't good anyhow.

From Joe KD2JC, SKCC #710T

Conditions not very good. Spent about 1 hour in this one. Thanks to all.

From Dean NW2K, SKCC #7330T

75W, matchbox, inverted v at 50'. Thanks to all and see you next month.

From Jon K1NV, SKCC #2609T

Terrible conditions in the western US: Some spotty short skip on 20M and nothing heard on 15M or 10M. Thanks to AE0P, WA6RIC, and K0KEX for stateside QSO's. Oddly enough, M0TRN and EA3NO were worked but they were marginal QSO's. I heard other DX stations including WL7WH, YU(?), and F5DE. I called F5DE many times at the end of the sprint, but he could only get a partial call. My dipole is a poor substitute for a yagi. Maybe next time......

From Bal EA8BVP, SKCC #645

This is my second SKSE and I plan to take part in all SKSE I can from now on because I enjoyed it. I made all my contacts on 20m band and copied very good fists.

Working condx: FT-817@5W and INV L 10m long antenna with 2x5m radials. Key: Czech Key RM-31

Suggestion: Canary Islands is not in the IAAF country code list. Now I used ESP but we are not very near Spain, so I plan to change to CNR for next SKSE.

From Finn WB2UWU, SKCC #1708

Made a good try, but gave up after one hour with only one contact.

From Rick K0KEX, SKCC #5220T

Worked 20 meters due to QRN on 40M, the exception was a 10M contact with Walt LW3EX Good job Walt. EA3NO & F5DE TU.

Also congratulations to KE1AF & KI4UYA for the "T". Special thanks to WA9FZP for new number in the log and for hanging in there thru the QRM. Thanks to everyone for the contacts..

Only one qso (2xqrp)made with EA8BVP Baltasar on 20m. On 40m, where there were best signals here, no tx from my ft-817 due hight swr (RF return probl from my windom). On 80m I heard some european stations but no answers. '73 de Marco.

From Bernard F5DE, SKCC #6247T

Nice to meet usual SKCC friends during this edition of SKSE,

unfortunately, no newcomer for me, so no bonus this time, sigh !

Always a pleasure to be active here and I will be also QRV during the next WES !

73 to all es good luck !

From Alex PA1FOX, SKCC #8265C

Despite the thunderstorms in EU, quite some stations were heard. Due to family reasons, missed most of the first hour. Even worked across the pond this time, which normally does not work during SKSE.

A lot of hams have a nice, cleaned up, shack. Mine is a mess as I work on a lot of projects and have very limited space. I'd better not take an 'overall shot' of my shack....

On the photo, my rig and two keys. Left is the sideswiper I normally use, right single lever paddle with keyer (only 1 QSO made so far with it)
