From Bob EA6/GM3ZDH, SKCC #6027T

managed to get my shack together in time for SKSE. Nice to be operating in the warmth of the EA6 evening! Had to take a little time out for evening meal but enjoyed the event as always. Picture shows my new shack in EA6

From Curt WA2JSG, SKCC #3018S

My first 'serious' attempt at SKS-E, and I worked F6EJN, OS0S, and F5DE, which made me very happy. Ran 75 watts to a vertical antenna, using my (all-Euro) Kent Straight Key. I look forward to the next time.

From Mariusz SP2SWI, SKCC #14331

K2 5W, ANT Dipole for 40m, GP for 20 and 10m. Old Soviet Army Key "TK". It was very nice. Thank you all!

From Dave W3NP, SKCC #3182S

I was only able to get the first hour plus a few minutes in the 2nd hour and condx were not great but seemed to be improving as it got later. I heard a lot of EU stations but signal levels were low. As usual F6EJN had the strongest signal. I got a chance to test my new 160 meter horizontal loop when I worked K4KBL in GA, K0NIA in IA, and W8HOG in OH with nice signals both ways while leaving the yagi on EU. Welcome to Franco IS0BZR. I worked EA1AOQ at about 2300z (after the sprint) and he was 589 & gave me 599 so condx must have improved.

Rig: K3 Line at 450 watts, KLM KT-34a at 17 meters. J36 bug and German Junker straight key.

73 from West Virginia, Dave - W3NP

From Bob F6EJN, SKCC #508S

The propagation on 20m is comming back this evenning. 11 from USA and 6 from FRA. 2 from ENG, 2 from BEL, 1 from ESP, POL, FIN, ROM, GER, BLI, SAR. I'm expect same like this for Next WES.

Tnx and 73 at all.

From Rick WU1V, SKCC #9293S

I'm stuck with a fixed dipole so I can't orient my antenna to make more contacts. For me, the bands were poor for this sprint. I only heard 4 stations, one so weak I couldn't complete the QSO, and I worked all the other 3. I understand some people experienced much better conditions but for me it was almost a bust here in Massachusetts! One of my QSOs, however, was across the pond in France, which I consider a small victory. Anyway, it was fun and a challenge.

From BOB AA6AC, SKCC #6276S

SEVERAL EUROPEAN stations logged in on SKED page..but none herd at my SOCAL location..Did S&P limited results..

LOGGED: W6HMN and KI7AA (non-skcc)..INVITED to join us..

AA6AC CA BOB 6276S..

From John G0RDO, SKCC #2133S

I did OK this time in the SKSE with 9 QSO's.

OF7UG, F6EJN, F8FFI, EA3NO, DK3DUA, EA6/GM3ZDH & CS7AFI - all on 20m. Plus IZ2QXG & I5EFO on 10m.

Good fun was had with my TS-440S - 100w - MA6V vertical, and an ex GKA coast station Marconi PS No213A Morse key circa 1946.

Ouch! Condx less than stellar but only had to suffer for 2 hrs, hi hi. Fired up the Pegasus for this one along with the G0NVT straight key. Thanks to all, especially Leon OS0S whose abundant patience provided my one EU Q in the last two minutes of the sprint!

From Luc ON7DQ, SKCC #14984

Best propagation in months, not yet what it was before, but already more fun to operate. Got a lot of fun.
