Soapbox

From Bob GM3ZDH, SKCC #6027T

Strange conditions on 20. Apparently a dead band and yet worked a few across the pond and also into Europe. Finished with a QSO with a non member in Spain but with excellent signals both ways. But a bit more EU activity on 40 for a change - if we could just get more European members active on the night!!

From BOB AA6AC, SKCC #6276S

RECORD LOUSY CONDITIONS...TWO hours CQ 20m net ZILCH but I was there...HERD NO other stations foreign or domestic on 20m...SURE hope WES is better...but not expecting much..

AA6AC 6276S CA Bob....SKUNK City.. :-(

From Bernard F5DE, SKCC #6247S

The event began very well by some contacts on 40 m and 80 m with European friends, then I tried to do some SKCCers from the other side of the pond but I was only able to have contacts with KG4W and K3WW. WB2UWU was heard but the QSO was not possible, sorry Finn ! After a come back on 80 m, it was impossible for me to do any new contact on 20 m after my many CQs, the last 45 mns = 0 QSO ! Really a strange propagation !

As always, it was a pleasure to be active during this SKCC event. 73 to everybody and see you next time !

From John G0RDO, SKCC #2133T

Only worked 3 stations, but worked them all twice HI. So thank you to Lluis/EA3NO, Bob/GM3ZDH, and Bernard/F5DE.

Propagation goes from bad to awful, and that meant no NA worked.

From Luc ON7DQ, SKCC #14984

Worst propagation ever !

Still fun to do .. hope for more qso's next time

73 de Luc ON7DQ

From MARK G0NMY, SKCC #15845

I forgot about the sprint only when a post on Facebook Amateur QRP Radio group prompted me to have a small play.

So I don't expect to win anything hee hee

From Chas K3WW, SKCC #14962S

Gave up after many non member Euro stations started calling, most did not sound like Straight Key users.

F6HKA was the loudest!
